The Inspiration Behind ReLo Care Homes
ReLo Care Homes isn't just an assisted living facility; it's a vibrant community built on a foundation of genuine care and understanding. Our story begins with Deeba, our founder and CEO, whose extensive experience working with elderly patients revealed a crucial insight: their needs extended far beyond physical comfort. Deeba recognized that many seniors were suffering from neglect and a lack of meaningful connection, often feeling isolated and alone. She understood the emotional toll this took and envisioned a place where seniors could not only receive exceptional care but also thrive in a supportive and engaging environment.
Deeba's journey began with physiotherapy in 2013, giving her a deep understanding of the physical challenges faced by seniors. This experience, coupled with her MBA in Healthcare Management from Symbiosis, equipped her with the knowledge and compassion to address the holistic needs of aging individuals. She realized that sometimes, even with the best intentions, families may not be able to provide the level of companionship and social interaction their loved ones need. ReLo Care Homes was born from this realization – a place where seniors can forge new friendships, connect with peers, and enjoy a fulfilling "second inning" of life.
